The service cannot be used to:

  • evaluate employee performance
  • conduct behavioral monitoring of workers
  • generate individual performance indicators
  • make automated decisions affecting individuals

Organizations deploying Clawscan remain responsible for defining how the system is used within their governance framework.

Clients deploying Clawscan are responsible for:

  • configuring the system within their tenant environment
  • ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • defining internal governance procedures
  • managing access to the system within their organization

Service availability

GOlegal operates the Clawscan control plane and provides ongoing maintenance and operational monitoring of the platform.

The service is delivered on a best-effort basis in accordance with the terms defined in the commercial agreement.

Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights related to the Clawscan platform remain the property of GOlegal or its licensors.

Clients are granted a limited right to use the service in accordance with the contractual agreement.

The Clawscan technology, models, and detection methodologies remain proprietary.


Limitation of use

Clawscan is designed as an assistive compliance tool.

The platform supports human compliance review but does not replace legal or compliance expertise.

Organizations remain responsible for interpreting alerts generated by the system and determining appropriate actions.
